One of the rarer emblems. Coins only began minted on a large scale during the Azuchi–Momoyama period. Used by the Sanada family.
Moon
As a satellite of earth, the moon has long been the subject of worship. The warlord Masamune Date also worshipped the moon, and used it as a crest on his helm. The emblem is said to have originated from such worshipping of the moon.
