Tomoe
The origins of this emblem is unclear. It is said that the emblem represents the arm protector used by archers, or alternatively it is derived from a magatama which was used as a divine symbol.
Gourd
The gourd refers to the fruit of the plant, and the emblem is often used in shrines. The Minashi shrine uses a gourd emblem.
